Título: “La ecuación de Price: hacia una teoría universal de la evolución” Resumen: Desde sus inicios, la teoría evolutiva se ha entendido como una ciencia histórica y centrada en los seres biológicos. Sin embargo, dicha conceptualización restringe enormemente la capacidad explicativa de la teoría. En primer lugar, no tiene en cuenta la existencia de sistemas que son también evolutivos (evolución cultural, algorítmica, etc.); y en segundo lugar la limita en su capacidad para explicar y comprender posibles sistemas evolutivos diferentes a los surgidos en el planeta Tierra. Para superar estos problemas, propondré el uso de la ecuación de Price como la ley fundamental de la teoría evolutiva.
